Notice of Intent to Initiate Public Scoping and Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Four Corners Power Plant and Navajo Mine Energy Project

The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement plans to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement for several projects on the Navajo Reservation, including a proposed power plant and mine, in compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 and relevant regulations.
