U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Requests Comments on Proposed Incidental Harassment Authorization for Southern Sea Otters

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is seeking public comments on a proposed authorization by Pacific Gas and Electric Company to incidentally harass small numbers of southern sea otters during a marine geophysical survey from October 15, 2012, to December 31, 2012. The proposed authorization would allow for the non-lethal disturbance of the otters.
