U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Reopens Comment Period for Midwest Wind Energy Conservation Plan

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is reopening the public comment period for the Midwest Wind Energy Multi-Species Habitat Conservation Plan, allowing the public to provide input on the plan's development within an eight-state planning area.
