Proposed Low-Effect Habitat Conservation Plan for the Spring Mountain Raceway Expansion Project in Pahrump, Nevada

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has received an application from Spring Mountain Raceway, LLC for a 4-year permit to take the threatened Mojave desert tortoise during the construction of a raceway expansion project in Pahrump, Nevada.
