Annual Materials Report on New Bridge Construction and Bridge Rehabilitation

The U.S. Department of Transportation is required to publish an annual report on the construction materials used in new Federal-aid bridge construction and rehabilitation projects, as mandated by the Safe, Accountable, Flexible, Efficient Transportation Equity Act: A Legacy for Users (SAFETEA-LU). This requirement has been in place since 2008, following a technical correction to the original law.
