NHTSA Grants Part of Petition to Reconsider Electronic Stability Control Rule
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has partially granted a petition to reconsider a 2008 rule requiring light vehicles to be equipped with electronic stability control systems, amending the test procedures for the standard.
