FHWA to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Tappan Zee Hudson River Crossing Project

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is issuing a notice to inform the public that an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) will be prepared for the proposed infrastructure improvements to the Tappan Zee Hudson River crossing in Rockland and Westchester Counties, New York, and invites public participation in the EIS process.
