National Express Acquisition Corporation to Acquire Control of Petermann Partners, Inc. and Its Passenger Motor Carriers

National Express Acquisition Corporation has filed an application with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) to acquire control of Petermann Partners, Inc. and its six passenger motor carriers, with the Board tentatively approving the transaction and authorizing its final action if no opposing comments are filed.
