Boeing Proposes New Airworthiness Directive for 737-300, -400, and -500 Series Airplanes

Boeing is proposing a new airworthiness directive to address fatigue cracking of the fuselage skin panels at the chem-mill steps, which could lead to sudden fracture and failure of the skin panels and rapid decompression of the airplane.
