Federal Agencies Need OMB Approval Before Collecting Public Information
The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) must approve before a federal agency can collect certain information from the public, and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) is seeking renewed approval for its motor vehicle tire and rim labeling requirements.
