Public Comment Period Opened for Administrative Waiver of Coastwise Trade Laws for Vessel BARBARY GHOST

The Maritime Administration (MARAD) is seeking public comments on a request for an administrative waiver of the U.S.-build requirement of the coastwise laws for the vessel BARBARY GHOST. The waiver would allow the vessel to operate under certain circumstances, as authorized by 46 U.S.C. 12121.
