Rural Housing Service Reinstates Repayment Language for Direct Single Family Housing Loans

The Rural Housing Service (RHS) has amended its regulations to clarify that in the event of foreclosure or deed-in-lieu of foreclosure, the agency will recapture the full subsidy from the value of the property, enabling full repayment of the entire subsidy.
