U.S. Department of Agriculture to Grant Exclusive License for Soybean Variety

The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service, has announced its intention to grant an exclusive license to North Carolina State University of Raleigh, North Carolina, for the soybean variety N7003CN.
