USDA Amends Delegations of Authority to Reflect Civil Rights Changes

The US Department of Agriculture (USDA) has updated its authority delegation structure to transfer civil rights-related powers from the Secretary of Agriculture to the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR), following a reorganization previously delegated to the Assistant Secretary for Administration.
