United States Standards for Wheat Correction Published by GIPSA

The Grain Inspection, Packers and Stockyards Administration (GIPSA) has corrected the preamble and regulatory text of a proposed rule regarding U.S. Standards for Wheat, aiming to improve wheat marketing by revising the definition of Contrasting classes in Hard White wheat and adjusting grade limits for shrunken and broken kernels.
