USDA Proposes Changes to Biobased Product Guidelines for Federal Procurement

The U.S. Department of Agriculture is proposing to update its guidelines for designating biobased products for federal procurement, incorporating changes made by the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2008, which was signed into law on June 18, 2008.
