FAS Publishes Correction to Funds Availability Notice for Emerging Markets Program

The Foreign Agricultural Service (FAS) has corrected a document published in the Federal Register on April 23, 2012, regarding funds availability and the Emerging Markets Program (EMP), which contained incorrect dates.
