Milk in the Mideast Marketing Area; Final Decision

The final decision recommends adopting a proposal to regulate Pool Distributing Plants in the Mideast Federal milk marketing order. This change would apply to plants with at least 30% Class I utilization and 50% distributed into Federal milk marketing areas.
