Notice of Proposed Changes to Section IV of the Virginia State Technical Guide

The NRCS State Conservationist for Virginia has determined that changes are needed in the NRCS State Technical Guide, specifically in the practice standards for Nutrient Management (590) and Feed Management (592), to plan and install conservation practices.
