Southwestern Power Administration Proposes Rate Increase to Meet Cost Recovery Criteria
The Southwestern Power Administration has prepared a proposal to increase annual power rates by approximately 5.4% to cover increased costs and investments in hydroelectric generating facilities, as required by the North American Electric Reliability Corporation.
