US Department of State Proposes Updates to Publication of International Agreements

The US Department of State is proposing to update its regulations to exempt three additional categories of international agreements from publication in the Treaties and Other International Acts Series (TIAS), a series that serves as official evidence of US treaties and agreements in courts and government offices.
