FinCEN Mandates Electronic Filing of BSA Reports by July 1, 2012
The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) is requiring all financial institutions subject to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) to electronically file certain reports starting July 1, 2012, with an exception for limited hardship cases.
