Internal Revenue Service Publishes 2011 Inflation Adjustment Factors, Nonconventional Fuel Credit, and Reference Prices

The IRS has released the required inflation adjustment factor, nonconventional source fuel credit, and reference price for calendar year 2011, as mandated by Section 45K of the Internal Revenue Code. These values will help determine the allowable credit for coke or coke gas from non-petroleum sources for the 2011 tax year.
