Cancellation of Public Hearing on Deceased Spousal Unused Exclusion Amount Regulations

The IRS has cancelled a public hearing previously scheduled to discuss proposed regulations under sections 2001, 2010, and 2505 of the Internal Revenue Code, which pertain to the estate and gift tax applicable exclusion amount.
