The Department of Labor is submitting a Mine Safety and Health Administration sponsored information collection request to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, for the use of the Surface Coal Mine--Daily Inspection, Certified Person, Inspection Report form.
