OFCCP Rescinds Guidance Documents to Improve Enforcement of Executive Order 11246's Ban on Pay Discrimination

The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) is rescinding two guidance documents to enhance its ability to enforce Executive Order 11246's prohibition on systemic compensation discrimination, freeing up resources to better serve victims of discrimination and the government.
