Final Revision and Publication of the 2012 Form M-1, Notice

The Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA) has published the final revision and publication of the 2012 Form M-1, a report for multiple employer welfare arrangements (MEWAs) and certain entities claiming exception (ECEs). The revised form is now available on the EBSA website at www.dol.gov/ebsa.
