Comment Request for Information Collection for Form ETA 9033, Attestation by Employers Using Alien Crewmembers for Longshore Activities in U.S. Ports and Form ETA 9033-A, Attestation by Employers Using Alien Crewmembers for Longshore Activities in the State of Alaska; Extension With Revisions

The U.S. Department of Labor is seeking public comments on two information collection forms, ETA 9033 and ETA 9033-A, which are used by employers to request permission to use foreign crewmen at U.S. ports and in the state of Alaska. The forms are set to expire on October 31, 2013, and October 31, 2014, respectively.
