Department of Labor Submits Information Collection Request to OMB for Review and Approval

The Mine Safety and Health Administration is requesting the Office of Management and Budget to review and approve a new information collection request regarding coal mine rescue teams, which includes agreements, reporting requirements, and posting requirements, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
