Extension of Approval for Information Collection Requirements Under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995

The Department of an agency is extending the approval of information collection requirements for the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) until a new review is completed, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA). This decision follows a request for OMB review of proposed revisions to the FLSA information collections, which were initially proposed in December 2011.
