Department of Labor Submits Wage and Hour Division Information Collection Request for OMB Review

The Department of Labor is requesting OMB approval for its Worker Classification Survey, a data collection tool used to classify workers, as part of its efforts to comply with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
