Department of Labor Submits Information Collection Request to OMB for Review and Approval

The Department of Labor is submitting an Employee Benefits Security Administration-sponsored information collection request to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, to continue using the 'Notice to Employees of Coverage Options Under Fair Labor Standards Act Section 18B' without any changes.
