US Patent and Trademark Office Delays Implementation of Prioritized Examination Track
The US Patent and Trademark Office has delayed the implementation of its prioritized examination track, originally set to begin on May 4, 2011, due to a request from the public to reconsider the effective date and applicability date of the final rule.
