US Department of Commerce to Review Antidumping Duties on Light-Walled Rectangular Pipe and Tube from Turkey

The US Department of Commerce is conducting an administrative review of antidumping duties on light-walled rectangular pipe and tube from Turkey, following a request from Noksel Celik Boru Sanayi A.S. The review covers exports from May 1, 2009, to April 30, 2010, and preliminary results indicate that Noksel did not sell at below normal value during this period.
