Certain Hot-Rolled Carbon Steel Flat Products From India: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review

The US Department of Commerce has concluded an administrative review of antidumping duties on hot-rolled carbon steel flat products from India, finding that four major steel manufacturers - Essar, Ispat, JSW, and Tata - did not export any subject merchandise during the review period. The review, which covered December 1, 2008, to November 30, 2009, was prompted by requests from domestic companies.
