U.S. Court of Appeals Upholds Marine Mammals' Right to Sue Over Oil Spill
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit has ruled in favor of the Marine Mammals Protection Act, allowing the marine mammals to sue over the 1989 Exxon Valdez oil spill, with the case number 16553.
