NYSE Amex LLC Files Proposed Rule Change to Eliminate 80% Supermajority Vote for Bylaw Amendments

NYSE Amex LLC has filed a proposed rule change with the SEC to eliminate the 80% supermajority vote requirement for amending or repealing Section 3.1 of its bylaws, in connection with NYSE Euronext's proposal to make this change.
