SEC Approves Amendment to Joint Industry Plan for Quotation and Transaction Information

The Securities and Exchange Commission has approved Amendment No. 25 to the Joint Self-Regulatory Organization Plan, which governs the collection, consolidation, and dissemination of quotation and transaction information for Nasdaq-listed securities traded on exchanges with unlisted trading privileges. The plan was submitted by a group of exchanges, including BATS, CBOE, CSE, EDGA, EDGX, FINRA, ISE, NASDAQ OMX BX, NASDAQ OMX PHLX, Nasdaq Stock Market, NSX, NYSE, NYSE Amex, and NYSE Arca.
