Precidian ETFs Trust, et al. Seek Approval for New ETF Trading Rules

The applicants are requesting permission to allow certain ETFs to issue shares that can only be redeemed in large quantities, trade on secondary markets at negotiated prices, and pay out redemption proceeds within a shorter timeframe under specific circumstances.
