Coast Guard to Lift Security Zone at San Diego Bay Pier

The U.S. Coast Guard is removing a security zone in San Diego Bay, California, as the former Fleet Industrial Supply Center Pier is no longer needed to protect U.S. Navy vessels and the public from sabotage or other threats.
