Temporary Bridge Closure in Chelsea, MA, Allows Public Event
The US Coast Guard has temporarily exempted the P.J. McArdle Bridge in Chelsea, Massachusetts, from its usual operating regulations to accommodate a public event, allowing the bridge to remain closed.
