Union Pacific Railroad Swing Span Bridge Closure Exempted for Maintenance in Texas

The US Coast Guard has temporarily waived regulations allowing the Union Pacific Railroad Swing Span Bridge to remain closed to navigation for maintenance in Freeport, Texas, between January 21 and January 30, 2011, and February 10 and 16, 2011.
