Coast Guard Withdraws Proposed Rulemaking for Mantua Creek Drawbridge

The US Coast Guard has withdrawn its proposal to allow the S.R. 44 Bridge across Mantua Creek in Paulsboro, NJ to operate on an advance notice basis year-round, reversing a previously announced plan.
