US Coast Guard Temporarily Deviates Drawbridge Operation to Accommodate Quad Cities Heart Walk

The US Coast Guard has temporarily relaxed the rules governing the Rock Island Railroad and Highway Drawbridge across the Upper Mississippi River to enable the Quad Cities Heart Walk to cross the bridge, allowing it to be maintained in the closed-to- navigation position for two hours.
