U.S. Coast Guard Requests Extension for Boating Accident Form Information Collection

The U.S. Coast Guard is seeking an extension of its approval for the Coast Guard Boating Accident Form (CG-3865) as part of its compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, and is inviting public comments on the request.
