Department of Homeland Security Announces Preliminary Plan for Review of Existing Regulations

The Department of Homeland Security is seeking public comment on its Preliminary Plan for Retrospective Review of Existing Regulations, developed in response to the 2011 Executive Order 'Improving Regulation and Regulatory Review' issued by President Barack Obama on January 18, 2011.
