Foreign Claims Settlement Commission Proposes New System of Records for U.S. National Claims

The Foreign Claims Settlement Commission, a department of the U.S. Department of Justice, is proposing a new system of records to process claims for compensation of U.S. nationals referred by the U.S. Department of State, in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974.
