Executive Office for United States Trustees Corrects Guidelines for Reviewing Attorney Compensation and Reimbursement in Chapter 11 Cases

The Executive Office for United States Trustees has corrected internal procedural guidelines for reviewing applications for compensation and reimbursement of expenses filed by attorneys in larger chapter 11 cases with $50 million or more in assets and liabilities. The correction aligns with the effective date of November 1, 2013, as stated in the Federal Register notice of June 17, 2013.
