U.S. Department of Justice Announces Plan to Develop New Federal Prisons in Kentucky

The U.S. Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons, has announced its intention to prepare a draft environmental impact statement for the development of a new United States Penitentiary and Federal Prison Camp in Letcher County, Kentucky.
