FBI Requests Comments on Reinstatement of Friction Ridge Card Collection

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is seeking public comments on the reinstatement of its existing friction ridge card collection, which includes data on arrest and institution records, applicant information, personal identification, and FBI standard palm prints, as well as supplemental finger and palm print data.
